Chateau de Lumiere

Inspired by European architectural traditions, Chateau de Lumiere is a 24,000 sq. ft. estate set on a secured 5.5-acre site in Great Falls, Virginia, near Washington, DC. This "House of Light" boasts grandeur, blending timeless materials like marble, Brazilian Cherry flooring, and hand-forged iron with modern conveniences. Beyond its 18th-century elegance, the chateau has eight ensuite bedrooms, a chef's kitchen plus a spice kitchen, a movie theatre, an indoor basketball court, a spa, and a six-car garage. An elevator serves all floors. The outdoor space features a pool, waterfall, fire bowls, and landscaped gardens, making it a top-tier estate in the Nation's Capital.
